1、Introduction Machine
HTM-Ⅱ CNC lathe shovel teeth using rhenium ng G-SPEED NC U3 numerical control system in which the X-axis (feed and shovel back) using Sodick's linear motor thrust, and accompanied by Fagor linear encoders, closed loop design. THK rails and using a rolling ball screw on the conveyor structure.
Features: High-speed, high-precision, shovel teeth speeds up to 8 times / sec.
Function: Suitable for gear rolling (shaving Hob, grinding Hob) worm hob, sprocket hob, pulley hob, rectangle spline hob, hob ring buckle, forming special cutters and cutter crude shovel.
